Live further away or prefer not to visit? Send your device safely to our shop in Amsterdam. After the repair we ship it back to the address you provide.

Book your repair online
Choose brand, model and repair and select “Send & receive by post”. Enter your return address and phone number so we know where to send the device back.

Pack and ship your device
Pack your device securely (ideally in the original box with bubble wrap). Include a note with your name, phone number and the tracking code from your confirmation email.

We repair and keep you updated
Once your parcel arrives we start the repair. We will call or email if we have questions. You only pay when the repair is finished — before return shipment.

Shipped back to you
After payment and approval we send your repaired device to the return address provided. You will receive tracking information once the parcel is on its way.
Tips for safe shipping
- Back up your data and disable Find My / iCloud before shipping (if applicable).
- Remove SIM card and cases; note your passcode or send it separately (not on the device).
- Insured shipping with tracking is recommended.
- Clearly include your tracking code and contact details in the parcel.
