Every device is inspected, cleaned and tested in our Amsterdam workshop before it goes on sale. Screen, battery, buttons and charging are checked. No untested trade-in from a box.

Do I get a warranty on a refurbished device?

Yes. Every refurbished device leaves with a working warranty, as set out in our shop terms. Anything we missed at inspection, we put right.

Can I pick the device up in Amsterdam?

Yes. Collect it at Rijnstraat 76-H in Amsterdam, or have it shipped within the Netherlands.

Which brands do you sell refurbished?

Phones from Apple (iPhone) and Samsung, and laptops from Apple (MacBook Air and MacBook Pro). Model not listed? Call us — we will see if we can reserve one.
