Insta360 action cameras and Flow gimbals are repaired at Blue Apple in Amsterdam: X-series 360 cameras, Ace Pro, GO and Flow. Lens glass, image sensors, gimbals, screens and batteries, at a fixed price.
An X-series camera has two lenses, so a haze on one side is often one glass rather than the whole camera. Ace Pro is a conventional action body with a door seal. GO is tiny and the battery lives in the camera. Flow is a phone gimbal with no camera of its own. Each of those has its own repair list on the model page.
These are the most requested Insta360 repairs at our workshop in Amsterdam, showing the lowest price across the range and the average time the repair takes in house. A free diagnosis comes first; you hear the price before we start.

What we see on the workbench, explained without the jargon.
Yes. Each line has its own model page and its own repair list, because a 360 camera, an action camera and a phone gimbal fail in different places.
On the X-series the two front glasses are separate parts. We check whether the damage stopped at the glass or reached the lens group behind it, and you hear that before we start.
Yes. Flow is a phone holder with motors, so there is no lens or sensor to fail. What does fail is a motor, the folding arm, the battery or the charging port.
