What breaks in a crash is rarely the whole aircraft. Arms, motors, landing gear and the gimbal are replaceable. A drone that drifts or will not hold position is a GPS or compass module. One that powers up but will not arm is usually the flight controller. The free diagnosis tells you which of those yours is, and whether the repair is worth it against a replacement.

I crashed my DJI. Is it worth repairing?

Often yes, because what breaks is mostly mechanical. Arms, motors, propellers, landing gear and the gimbal can be replaced. What decides it is whether the central board and the shell survived, which is what the free diagnosis looks at.

The video is tilted or shaky since the crash.

That is the gimbal rather than the camera. The gimbal is the most exposed part of the aircraft, and on most models the assembly and its ribbon can be replaced without touching the rest of the drone.
