What warranty do you provide on repairs?

A lifetime warranty on the functioning of the part we replace, for as long as you own the device. It covers our part rather than the whole device: fresh drop or moisture damage is not included, nor is work where nothing is replaced.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

No, you can simply walk into our store at Rijnstraat 76-H in Amsterdam Zuid. Booking online is welcome too and means the part is reserved for you.

Yes. For PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and Steam Deck we handle HDMI ports, power supplies, fans, disk drives and controllers among other repairs.

Can you collect my device, or can I mail it in?

Both are possible. Pickup and delivery within Amsterdam costs €20 extra and mailing your device in is free. You choose the service while booking.
