The most requested phone repairs are screen replacement, battery replacement and charging ports, usually within 30 minutes while you wait. We also repair action cameras and drones — gimbal, lens glass, motors and arms — after a free diagnosis. More involved work such as water damage or a crashed airframe takes longer; you get a realistic estimate up front.

Visit our workshop in Amsterdam, or have your device collected and returned if coming in does not suit you. If you live further away you can send your device by post instead. Every repair comes with a warranty and we work with original and high-quality parts.

Besides phones we repair tablets, MacBooks, Apple Watches, games consoles, action cameras and drones. For screens on many devices you can choose between Premium OLED and Apple original. Diagnosis is free; you hear the price before we start.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No, you can walk into our shop at Rijnstraat 76-H in Amsterdam. Booking online is welcome too and means the part is reserved for you.
How long does a repair take?
Most phone repairs, such as screen and battery, are done within 30 minutes while you wait. Tablets, laptops, watches, cameras and drones stay with us; you get a realistic estimate up front.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT and labour?
Yes. Every price you see on a model is fixed, including VAT, the part and the labour. You pay after the repair, and only if it succeeds.
Can you collect my device, or can I mail it in?
Both are possible. Pickup and delivery in Amsterdam costs €20 extra; mailing it in is free. You choose the service while booking.
What if my device is not on the list?
We can often still repair it. Use the custom repair form or get in touch and we will look at what is possible.
