DJI Osmo cameras and gimbals take a beating that a phone never does: drops onto stone, salt spray, a pocket full of sand. At Blue Apple in Amsterdam we repair the Osmo Pocket, Osmo Action, Osmo 360 and Osmo Mobile lines — lens glass, gimbal motors, screens, batteries and charging ports at a fixed price.

What can be repaired depends on which Osmo you have. The Pocket has its own camera on a motorised gimbal, so a crooked or noisy horizon is a gimbal job rather than a new camera. The Action is a sealed body whose front glass and waterproof door are separate parts. The Mobile is a phone holder with motors and no camera of its own. We tell you which of those yours is, and the price, before we start.

Frequently asked questions about DJI Osmo repair

Do you repair Osmo Pocket, Action and Mobile?

Yes. Pocket, Action, 360, Nano and Mobile are all on the camera page with their own repair list, because a phone gimbal has no lens and an Action has no gimbal motor.

The gimbal on my Osmo Pocket is crooked or noisy.

That is usually the gimbal motor or the ribbon through the joint, not the camera. Cleaning is checked first; if the motor is worn we replace it at the price on the model page.

Is scratched lens glass a write-off?

Usually not. On the Action models the front glass is a separate part, so the lens and sensor stay. After the free diagnosis you know whether the damage stopped at the glass.
