Where to find us in Amsterdam

Our workshop is at Rijnstraat 76-H in the Rivierenbuurt, walking distance from Amsterdam RAI station and close to the Zuidas, De Pijp and Oud-Zuid. Tram 4 brings you to the door from the city centre. If you cannot drop by, we can collect your iPhone and return it after the repair, or you can post it to us.

Frequently asked questions about iPhone repair

How long does an iPhone repair take?

Replacing a screen or battery usually takes around 30 minutes and we do it while you wait. Charging port and camera repairs take about the same. Liquid damage and logic board repairs take longer because the device has to be cleaned and tested thoroughly first; you will get a realistic estimate for those up front.

Does Face ID still work after a screen repair?

Yes. Face ID lives in the sensor module rather than in the screen itself, so we transfer it to the new screen during a replacement. If Face ID is faulty in its own right, that is a separate repair with its own price, listed on your model page.

Do I need an appointment?

You can book a time slot online, which guarantees the part is ready for you and that you are helped straight away. Walking in without an appointment is fine too — if we have the part in stock we will help you on the spot.

Will I lose my data during a repair?

No. A regular screen, battery or charging port repair leaves everything on your device untouched. We always recommend making a backup through iCloud or your computer beforehand, especially with liquid damage, because in that case we cannot guarantee the device will still start up.
