Yes. If your device is not listed on Blue Apple, we can still repair it. The price list is the devices we quote online. It is not the limit of what the workshop in Amsterdam Zuid can open. Phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, game consoles, headphones, cameras, drones, soundbars, speakers and other small electronics are all brought in, including models that have no page yet.
When a device is missing from the catalogue, use the repair request form. Write the brand and the model name, and what it is doing wrong. You hear the price before any work starts. For a soundbar or speaker that is not in the speaker list, choose Not listed on the sound speaker systems page and put the model in the notes. The repair price for those systems is half the price of the device.

What we need from you
The device, the charger if it will not power on, and a short description of the fault. A password is only needed when the fault is something we have to see on screen, and we do not ask for it otherwise. You pay when the repair is done, and the work is covered by the workshop warranty.
