The Ellipal Titan 2.0 is a fully air-gapped wallet in a metal body: it has no connection to the outside world and passes transactions as QR codes read by its own camera. It works well as long as its battery, camera and screen do, and those are the parts that give out first.
Blue Apple repairs Ellipal hardware wallets at Rijnstraat 76-H in Amsterdam. Every model has its own page with the repairs we offer for it: start at the Ellipal Titan repair page.
What usually goes wrong with Ellipal hardware wallets
- Battery that is flat or no longer holds. Because the Titan is never connected to a computer, it lives on its battery. A wallet that has sat empty in a drawer for months may not start at all, and an old battery gives only minutes.
- Camera that does not scan. A scratched or dirty lens, or a failing camera module, makes it impossible to sign.
- Cracked or unresponsive touchscreen. A drop on the corner of a metal body is enough to crack the display.
- Charging port. A worn or damaged port stops the battery being refilled.
The Ellipal models we repair
Every model below has its own page, with the repairs we offer for it and what each one costs.
Repair or replace?
A device like this is designed to protect its keys even against someone who opens it, so a repair that involves opening the case can, depending on the design, put the keys at risk. Do not rely on the device to hold your funds: your recovery phrase is the real backup, and with it a new device and a restore may be simplest. We tell you before we start what is and is not realistic.
Looking after your Ellipal Titan
- Keep the recovery phrase offline. We never ask for it and never need it.
- Charge it every few months. An air-gapped wallet in a drawer drains until it will not start.
- Protect the corners. A case or pouch takes the drop instead of the screen.

Questions about Ellipal repair
Can an Ellipal Titan be repaired without losing the keys?
We cannot promise that for a device designed to protect its keys against opening. We tell you before we start, and your recovery phrase is the real protection.
My Titan will not start. Is it dead?
Charge it for a while first: a battery that has been empty for months may need time. If nothing happens, bring it in and we measure whether power arrives.
In short
Battery, camera and screen are the usual faults on an Ellipal Titan, and your recovery phrase is what decides how much a repair is worth.
