eufy RoboVac and Clean repair in Amsterdam: X10, G30, 11S, C10

A RoboVac that will not charge, stops mid-clean or drives crooked, or an X10 whose mop pads stop: what usually fails on eufy robots.

eufy RoboVac and Clean repair in Amsterdam: X10, G30, 11S, C10

eufy makes some of the most affordable robot vacuums, from the slim RoboVac 11S to the X10 Pro Omni with its washing station. Because they are used daily for years, the same few parts wear: the battery, the wheels and the brushes, plus the pads and the station on the mopping models.

Blue Apple looks at eufy robot vacuums at Rijnstraat 76-H in Amsterdam. The eufy repair page shows what a typical repair costs per model; the final price is confirmed in writing after the diagnosis.

What usually goes wrong with eufy robot vacuums

Clean the sensors and the contacts, remove hair from the brush and wheels and empty the bin before assuming a fault. If it remains, these are the ones we repair.

  • Battery that will not hold a charge. The most common fault on the RoboVac range. A robot that stops after a few minutes, or does not charge on the dock, has a tired battery or dirty contacts.
  • Wheel and drive faults. A robot that drives crooked, circles or gets stuck on thresholds has hair in the wheel or a worn motor.
  • Brush and suction faults. A brush that no longer turns, a grinding noise or weak suction is a worn motor or a clogged fan.
  • Mop pad and station faults on the X10. The pads spin on motors that wear, and the station's pumps and hoses clog with debris.
  • Drop and bumper sensors. A robot that stops with a sensor warning, or will not move, can have a dirty or failing sensor.

Repair or replace?

A repair on a RoboVac costs little, but so does a new one, so we compare honestly after the diagnosis. A battery or a wheel is usually worth doing; for an older RoboVac with several faults at once, replacing can be the cheaper route. For the X10 Pro Omni, a repair is much more clearly worth it.

Looking after your eufy

  • Clean the brush and wheels weekly. Hair is the main cause of motor wear.
  • Wipe the sensors and contacts. Dirt makes a healthy robot look broken.
  • Do not leave the battery flat. A robot left empty for months is the one that will not charge.
