Parrot made some of the most inventive consumer drones, from the early Bebop to the foldable ANAFI with its camera that tilts a full 180 degrees. They are not as common as DJI drones, which makes repair advice harder to find. Most faults are still the same few kinds, and most are repairable.
Blue Apple repairs Parrot drones at Rijnstraat 76-H in Amsterdam. Every model has its own page with the repairs we offer for it: start at the Parrot repair page.
What usually goes wrong with Parrot drones
- Gimbal and camera faults. On the ANAFI the tilting gimbal and the flat cable are the delicate part. A gimbal error at start-up or a camera stuck at an angle after a crash is a gimbal repair, not a lost drone.
- Propellers, motors and arms. Bent props cause vibration; a damaged motor or cracked arm after a hard landing needs replacing before the next flight.
- Battery that no longer holds up. Old flight batteries sag in the air or will not charge fully. A swollen battery must be retired.
- Compass and GPS issues. Calibration messages that keep returning point at a disturbed sensor.
- USB-C charging port. The ANAFI charges over USB-C; a worn port stops the battery filling.
The Parrot models we repair
Every model below has its own page, with the repairs we offer for it and what each one costs.
Parrot ANAFI, Parrot ANAFI FPV, Parrot Bebop 2.
Repair or replace?
The ANAFI is worth repairing: a new part costs a fraction of a new drone, and few drones fold as small. The Bebop 2 is older, so we weigh the age and the availability of parts honestly after the diagnosis before recommending a repair.
Looking after your drone
- Calibrate away from metal. Do it in the open before the first flight in a new place.
- Check the propellers. Replace them as a set when chipped.
- Do not store the battery empty. Half charged and cool is best.

Questions about Parrot repair
Is the Parrot ANAFI still repairable?
Yes, in most cases. We check the availability of the part before agreeing a repair and tell you what is realistic.
Do you repair the controller too?
Faults such as drifting sticks or a loose port on a controller are repairable; we check the model first.
